Darwin Lain

BIO

Darwin Lain grew up with a devotion to writing, and the written word. It was never enough to know what a rule of English was; they had to understand why. Much of their homeschool education in English centered around etymology, logodaedaly, and comprehension of multiple writing styles and their uses.

Darwin earned an official certificate from the college board as a Writing Tutor through Berkshire Community College's Advanced Writing and Tutoring class in 2015. Since that point, they have been employed by BCC as a writing consultant. The format of the Private Writing Consultations Darwin Lain provides is based on the theories of better writing practices instilled from that class, and from their experience as a college writing consultant.

Darwin Lain is currently studying Biological Science at BCC. Research is a regular part of life, and through the school they have access to extensive research materials. Darwin Lain enjoys working with everything from soft prose to hard science.
